Azione was founded by Jela Webb who has extensive experience as an Information and Knowledge Management professional.

Through her work in the UK and Europe, Jela has developed an wide network of contacts, with whom she partners, to ensure that the team working for you, suits your needs.

Jela Webb has many years experience in the commercial business world and works with private and public sector organisations, helping them to formulate and implement Information and Knowledge Management strategies.

Jela is particularly adept at achieving business results through people, learning and knowledge and has a special interest in motivating and managing knowledge workers.

She is a visiting University Lecturer, a Member of the Chartered Management Institute and Women in Business.
